OCR (formerly RSA) exams are now offered in a modular form at Levels 1, 2 and 3. It is possible to achieve an Award, a Certificate or a Diploma in Text Processing based on a system of credits. The core part of each level is Text Production, which consists of a letter, a memo and an article, all keyed in by the candidate. Modules available at Level 2 include Word Processing, Mailmerge, Audio Transcription, Medical Word Processing, Medical Audio Transcription, Legal Audio, and Document Presentation.
